How a recording session works

Choose a language and enter the participant's identity details.
Record and review spoken consent.
Record and review the story.
Prepare the verified ZIP and save or share it somewhere you trust.

Microphone access

If recording does not start, open iOS Settings, find Eterna Recorder, and enable Microphone access.

Finding exported recordings

Eterna Recorder does not upload bundles. The Share sheet shows the apps and destinations available on your device. Look in the destination you selected, such as Files.

Protecting the bundle

The exported ZIP contains recordings and the identity details entered during the session. Store it securely and share it only with people you trust.

Email support@getpagespeed.com. Include your iOS version and the step where the problem occurred. Do not attach a private recording unless support specifically asks for it.
